Young Cream debuted in Sonic Advance 2, but had no voice at the time. As a result, Cream was the first character to have a voice in a cartoon before a videogame.

Honig had an adorable voice for Cream.
Sarah Wulfeck (2003)
Wulfeck, while having a few strange sound effects, has a cute voice for Cream that sounds like the appropriate age (6).
Michelle Ruff (2010-present)
Ruff has Cream at a sweet high pitch, but it seems more annoying than the others...
