Right away I can see that this art is better. Both Yardley's pencils and the colors from Matt Herms. Away from the Wii's stunning graphics, the wisps actually look kind of cute.
Like in the game, Orbot and Cubot are annoying, but Sonic and Tails aren't nearly. The dialogue is better...or is it the lack of Roger Crap Smith? With the added expressions, the once lame translator joke seems...funny.
This is much easier to read as a comic than to hear as a video game.

The art is nice and so is the dialogue. It goes over the first few cutscenes without completely copying. I heard once that Flynn's favorite game is Colors (something that made me seriously doubt that guy's role as writer), but it shows, here. It feels a lot cleaner than the other adaptations.
