Summary
Sonic the Hedgehog 8-bit is an atrocity. Why was 06 even ridiculed when games like this exist? While I can't say much for the game itself, the music is made with a surprising energy.
Best Song: Labyrinth Zone
Runner-Up (s): Scrap Brain Zone, Green Hill
Unlike with Green Hill, Laybrinth is a different tune than the Genesis title, yet surprisingly fitting.
Worst Song: Jungle Zone
Runner Up (s): Bonus Stage, Invincibility
It just seems more like something from Mario.
Final Ranking: D
I was very impressed because the music is a lot better than I remembered. However, being the from the GameGear naturally sets it behind as far as quality and much of it is still "taken" from the Genesis title.
